Sorry I have to go,

To go where?

I have to go to let go.

To let go and release,

Releasing the past,

Past expectations.

Releasing the knots all tied up in my stomach,

My stomach needs to be untwined.

Unknotting the knots,

Loosening the threads.

The threads that have been woven over time,

Allowing them to breathe.

Breathing life into their patterns,

Creating and connecting new and old patterns together.

Creating a picture of my story,

My story of letting go,

Letting go of pain.

The pain of expectations,

Expectations that bind

And tighten,

So, you can’t breathe or move.

Moving on to let go,

Letting go to move.

To move freely,

To move around and try it on for size.

To survey the size and expanse of the new land.

New lands and adventures,

Adventures that bring wonder,

Excitement, space and purpose.

To be on purpose,

To be the purpose,

The purpose of being here,

Here now, letting go.

Maybe that’s the purpose and point of it all.
