Each of us got so much out of the course and will be having a debrief when we’re back in the office today, but I just wanted to Let you know that it was a really positive experience for us all and something I know we can be proud to use both personally but also in the workplace. Thank you.

“I attended the MHFA training facilitated by Mandy Gutsell.

It was a very unique experience and I found it very informative and engaging. It was a real eye-opener for me. This course enabled me to recognize mental health issues people may go through. It also gave me confidence in dealing with people who may have various challenges with their mental health.

Mandy also made sure that we knew how to signpost the issues we may come across. Simply this means we can now share this with people who want us to help them, when they are facing their mental challenges.

I would highly recommend the course which Mandy Gutsell delivers.”

“I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the recent delivery of the Mental Health First Aid England course you delivered to 2 of my colleagues. We take mental health very seriously at Orbits IT and had used a trusted supplier for these courses over the last 5 years, but as is the ethos of BNI I wanted to give you the opportunity when it arose. I am very glad I did.

The feedback from my colleagues Mya and Dylan was excellent with them praising you for the way you made the sessions engaging yet fun. The structure of spreading the sessions over 4 half days as opposed to 2 full days really worked for us and I have no doubt we will be putting other employees on to the course with you in due course.

For anyone with staff, I urge you to prioritise Mental Health and there is no better way than by having Mental Health First Aiders in your organisation, trained by Mandy.

Thanks again Mand – great service and delivery.”

“The course was very helpful and full of useful information about mental health. I learned how to notice signs of different mental health problems and how to support myself or others. It also taught me different ways to cope, like talking to a professional or getting support from others. Overall, it was a great learning experience.”

-DYLAN HUGHES, ORBITS IT

“Thank you Mandy Gutsell for this fantastic course. Working with young people, this is a course I have wanted to do for a while, however, I would recommend this to anyone in any field of work. This course not only empowered me to reflect on what we are doing well, but also gave me tools to develop this further to support our students.
Thank you once again!”
